I am Dann N. Morales a Graduate of Visual Communications Management in Mapua Information Technology Center in Makati. I have been working for more than a decade now and most were with different multi-national companies in the Philippines. During my tenure with my present and previous employers, I became a Creative Lead and I also handle people.
 
Thanks to my rich and varied experience, I am today proficient in various types of graphic designing work including desktop publishing like logos, flyers, brochures, product catalogs, posters banners, web banners, web design and other types of graphics. As a Creative Lead tailor fit development plans, KPI targets and mentorship. I also monitor the pipeline volume and engage in problem solving to prevent bottlenecks during the production phase of the projects.
 
I also had the opportunity to attend Adobe Training Seminars (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign) facilitated by an Adobe Certified Trainer in London, UK  July – September 2014. To add up, I am also proficient in using the English language verbally and in written form.​
